Owner is downsizing from a 6bdm to a 2bdm and everything needs to go!
Items will be sold in “lots” arrive early to register. Cash only – 15% Buyers Premium NO SALES TAX 

No reserves are set, however auctioneer and /or owner reserves the right to reject and/or set a minimum if bid is not in the owners best interest.  Be prepared to remove items after auction, which means bring boxes, bags, totes, gloves, water (to drink) CASH (don’t forget) friends ?‍♂️ (who have no idea they are coming only to help YOU load) Remember…CASH only…no credit / debit cards, checks, money orders, children or ugly ex spouses will be accepted for payment. If you are a high bidder and do not have enough cash on you to pay WILL NOT be allowed to go to ATM. Auctioneer will cancel the bid and re-sell the item(s) and everyone will be looking at you crazy. It’s bad enough ya’ll are lookin’ at me like I’m crazy.
