This auction will have 5 units, 2 which are same owner. Units are 10×20 & 10×10 they contain the property from an on online video gaming business. Inside are display cases, touch screen registers, cabinets, misc. tools, video games, video game magazines / books, and misc. electronics 
The 3rd unit is 10×20 – tenant originally transferred from their sister property occupying 3 10×30’s for many years. Eventually she relocated to this property, downsizing to a single 10×20 and has occupied it for 9 yrs.
