Bikes will be sold separately and are “as is” There is no 10 day waiting period, which means these beauties are yours to take as soon as the sale is over. Cash only. 15% Buyers premium on top of the hammer price is due immediately. HD does have the keys. The other 2 do not. The Honda will be sold for parts only and will be noted on the purchasers receipt.

Sale Maker Auctions will be conducting a personal property auction on Saturday April 2 in Bay Point. The property is located on several acres that was once a cattle ranch located right next to the delta. The inventory ranges from tractors to bags of cement, tools, machinery, fencing, and various construction items. Items will be sold in lots to the highest bidder.

Also included on the property are 2 vehicles with titles in hand, so they’ll be ready to leave with you.

General Rules:
* CASH only – No checks / Credit / Debit cards will be accepted
* Sales tax applies unless VALID resale license is presented
* Sold in Lots – All Items must be taken. There will be no “take only what you want”
* SMA has the right to charge 15% buyers premium on top of hammer price.
* Removal time is same day unless arrangements are agreed upon with property representative
* SMA has the right to charge non refundable deposit(s) to ensure all property is removed
* SMA has the right to modify lot assignments at the time of sale

This is not a storage facility lien sale. This auction will be the sale of personal property that was abandoned by the former owner. The beauty of attending these type of auctions is that there is no required  “clean out” time or deposits collected. You literally take only what you want and leave whatever you don’t want, behind. Bidding methods can vary. One bid may take all (meaning the whole house) or maybe the bids will be accepted on a room by room basis.

NOTE: The home is located inside a mobile home park and parking is very limited. We ask that you park on the main street OUTSIDE of the mobile home park and WALK to the property WITH THE AUCTIONEER.  There will be a quick preview of the contents inside, with the auction itself being conducted outside of the park premises. Temporary parking will be allowed only for the purpose of property removal.
