What is a Vehicle Lien Sale? A lien sale auction is required by law to be performed in a professional manner, by competitive bidding to satisfy a debt. Lien sale vehicles are sold “as is.” They may or may not be running. They may or may not come with keys. (at least at this time, that we know of).  Vehicles must be towed away from the property at the conclusion of auction, unless arranged with the lien sale creditor after the sale. SMA does not know if titles are clear and/or salvaged. It is your responsibility to contact DMV with the VIN / Lic. Info. (see below) prior to sale to determine title status.

NOTE: The 1976 Buick has been “purged” from the DMV files, therefore no back fees will be owed.
