This is a lien sale. Which means that the tenant (owner of the acura) had storage his property at a storage facility and became delinquent on the bill. At that point, the facility has the right to place a lien on the property and sell at public auction to retain the storage fees that the tenant has not paid, and make that storage space available for another customer who will pay for the space. If you are interested in this vehicle, you must attend in person to place your bid. Phone bids or offers in advance cannot be accepted.

BID WITH WHAT YOU CAME WITH. If you fall short, you will not be able to leave, and the auctioneer will cancel the sale and sell to next highest bidder. When bidding, keep in mind the following factors:

Hammer price: highest bid amount accepted
Key Cost: $200.00 will be added to the accepted high bid
Buyers Premium Fee: 15% of the highest accepted bid is added to the hammer price

ADD: Key Cost: $200.00
ADD: 15% Buyers Premium: $150.00

We can confirm that YES, the car runs. Mileage is 50,375. Appears to have original dealership paperwork inside ie…….window stickers and manuals.

Purchased in 2004, the delinquent tenant is/ only owner. The car was driven in and has been stored at facility roughly 2 years.
The current battery will need to be replaced. SMA acquired the services of a licensed locksmith to cut keys for this car. In doing so, the current battery was unable to provide enough power to turn over, so a loaner battery was used to confirm what works and what doesn’t work, as well as power up the console to view mileage.

Be aware of the additional costs when placing your bids. Buyers premium of 15% and the cost of the key ($200) will be added to final bid.

There is a club locked onto the steering wheel placed by the owner. It will be buyers responsibility for the removal. (no key was made)

ASIDE FROM THE CAR, THERE ARE 10 UNITS UP FOR AUCTION. 2 OF THOSE UNITS BELONGED TO ACURA OWNER.   

REMEMBER: Unless specified in advance, DMV may have a mandatory 10 Day waiting period on vehicle / boat / motorcycle liens, therefore possession cannot take place until after 10 days.
