We’ve got the contents of a beautiful home who’s owner has decided to move away and downsize, so everything must go. Well, just about everything. The major appliances and kitchen sink do need to stay. The beauty of these type of sales is that you can walk through the home and bid on only what you want. Unlike storage unit auctions, there will be no garbage to sift through or broken items your stuck owning. There are also no deposits at this sale, giving you more cash to spend. However keep in mind that this is a specialty sale and the Auctioneer reserves the right to charge a 10% buyers premium.

Due to the home still being occupied, we are not disclosing the street address until Friday the 11th. We respectfully request that you respect the privacy of the occupants and do not attempt to contact the owners prior to sale day, so give us a call if you have any questions.
